How To Make Herbal Capsules

This is a very fun, do it yourself project when it comes to herbs. You can make capsules out of any herb really, and it's certainly a lot cheaper and safer making your own. You can find just about any herbal capsule in Walmart today, in the vitamin section, but I just feel it's nice to make your own, knowing exactly where your herb came from.
